So, what's the score for April...?

Completed... Task 67 - Start a new personal tradition. I've already blogged about this. Check it out if you haven't already - you might find the idea useful (I hope).

In Progress... I'm making the requisite progress with my "Do (insert activity here) once a month" tasks - walking to work is allowing me to make good progress with the walking I wanted to do, and stirfrys are easy enough to do for them to become a monthly dinner fixture. A good few other tasks are a bit more money-intensive, and whilst I'm now getting paid regularly, there are a few financial matters that prevent me from acting on those immediately (see Task 66 - Get back to properly balancing my finances).

Having seen Iron Man 2 last night, I am now one quarter of the way through Task 98 - See the each "Avengers" cycle of movies on opening day! (Iron Man 2 (2010), Thor (2011), Captain America - The First Avenger (2011), Avengers (2012)) - and I may even go to New York for the opening of Avengers!

Most successful on the progress front has been Task 79 - Protest against CLAN. Mid-April saw a directed letter campaign to local authorities and political figures, and our concerns are being directed to the same office by several individuals, including the man I am highly likely to be voting for this Thursday. I'm not sure our complaints will prevent the CLAN Gathering from happening - that's more likely to happen as a result of "storm damage" to the venue before Easter...

Last time, I expressed concerns about tax matters that could affect my more costly Tasks, but that issue has been dealt with, at no cost to the family, and so those worries have been neutralised. Hopefully, there'll be a whole heap of new stuff to report soon as a result!

Okay, I guess that's it for this month. The summer approaches, and I anticipate a definite upturn in my Task-completion as the weather hopefully improves...

First, the good news...

Development News... The development for Darkhawk Season 6 has gone from strength to strength. Reignfall has a near-full work-through in place, plus the aftermath of this Major Event has been put down on paper, along with a low-level work-through for Worlds Collide. Also - yes, there's an "also" - the next story, due to start production tonight or tomorrow, is not MoN-204 "Mane-of-Night And The Day At The Races". It will, in fact, be a one-chapter "special feature" entitled "Comes... THE CHALLENGER!"

Now, the bad news...

Bugger. Think I'm overdoing it at New Job, and I may have the onset of another dose of RSI, this time in the left hand, which does all the TAB-ing data input requires. My boss is genuinely surprised by my rate of output, but he may end up a bit disappointed if he expects that ALL the time. Sorry, but "work myself into a debilitating hand injury" isn't on my Mission 101 list.

Talking of which... My "Mission log" - incorporating Tasks 86 and 89 - is showing some life, thanks to the Pogo, which through devious file-wrangling now allows me to print off artwork, and properly make my mark...

84 - Learn to make my own paper...
85 - ...and make my own books!
86 - Properly organise and chronicle my efforts!

Only fifteen to go, but I'm in no hurry to fill out the list. I still have a few tasks "in development", that may or may not find their way onto the official list, which I may just tidy up and repost as a new pre-dated Master List, as part of Objective 86. This is all starting to come together in a most pleasing fashion, and I fully intend to see as much of it to its proper conclusion as funds and commitments allow...
