The List
Okay, where am I...?
Tasks Completed: No more so far, I'm afraid. Been working all this month, and that's eaten up a big chunk of my free time. There are still plenty of tasks either ongoing, or newly declared as "in progress"...
Ongoing Tasks: I'm working right now, and the walks to work are keeping my "outdoor walks" (Task 3) counter ticking over, as well as (hopefully) having an effect on my weight (Task 1) - plus I get paid (or at least that's the general idea). Also I'm staying "up to speed" on cooking the dinner once a month (Task 9) - an easier "rolling task" to keep up with than (Task 28) - the "watch a classic film a month" one. I managed to track down On The Waterfront, and I'm VERY glad I did.
Book a month? Check. (Thanks, Sir Terry!) Comic orders on time (Task 42)? Check. Chronicle my efforts (Task 86) Check...
Also, thanks to work, I've at least been able to get a netbook, and my writing projects have been seeing a bit more regular progress (Task 45). Hooray!
New this month: Task 48 - do proper character reference sheets. I am starting to bring one of these together, but haven't gotten very far because of work, and an annoying tendancy to fall asleep at the computer in the evening.
Also moved to the "In Progress" in March - Task 80 - Publicly "confront" a major politician who deserves it! A serving politician has just tried to kick the legs out from under me with his tax dickery, and should he ever cross my path, it will get... interesting. His actions may just have set Tasks 10 and 11 (investigate and undergo laser eye surgery) back a whole bunch - and perhaps completely torpedoed Task 92 (pay Mum the share of the new boiler I promised) as well. Grrrr...
That's it for this month - stay tuned for regular updates! Also, watch for posts at:
