News from the front... A repositioning of the router appears to have significantly improved my connection. Ultima Online was completely playable at Peerless Hunt level, I'm consistently getting "Very Good" signal strength - before, I'd be scraping by on "Low".

And then, Rathergood.com very nearly killed me. Damn, I needed a laugh, and you delivered...

Development news... Taking a rest from the battle-front, I went ahead and got all on MoN-202 "Mane-of-Night And The Watcher From Beyond". That's Chapter 1 sorted, but still due for type-up. May make a start on that shortly...

And finally... Demons (ITV) = Buffy clone. Being Human (BBC) = excellent. There - said it. Whenever ITV tries to wheel out some sci-fi or fantasy, it struggles to compete with the Beeb, particularly Doctor Who. Looking forward to Primeval, season 3, though. Looks like they're giving it a decent run this time, and more than six episodes a season is what shows like these really need. Thirteen seems to be ideal. *nudge nudge*
