But... every time I've sat down to write these last couple of days, there's been one interruption or another - checking the neighbours' place to avoid a repeat of one New Year when the pipes burst, BB and SiL dropping off the presents. I could take another short break, as I do have Christmas coming up, and twenty-plus chapters "in the bag"...
Funny how... "The Bishop" isn't newsworthy any more. BIG surprise, that.
And finally... earlier today: Star Trek - The Motion Picture, and right now Speed - don't you love this time of year?
