patentdragonA health body recommends the banning of smoking in private cars, and the addicts pretty much explode in outrage, ranting on about their "right" to inflict their poisons on everyone else unfortunate enough to be subjected to their noxious fumes - far more deadly than bloody Fukushima, and that's for sure...

I'm wasting no more energy on this issue. I've made my feelings plain often enough. Shame they can't ban it all, 'cause the Government's just as addicted - to all the tax money. "It'd be driven underground", wail the apologists. Good. Just bring in some bulldozers to seal up the exits; problem solved.
