This is the Shadow City Mid-Day Report. Our top story today can only be one thing - the mysterious object that fell from the sky yesterday. No official word has yet been given by City authorities, which has led to rounds of wild speculation - some are fearing that we are on the verge of seeing a repeat of the incident that destroyed the city of the Tall Ones, whilst others have suggested that a new, and possibly experimental Skylance has suffered terminal malfunction, and fell out of the sky. The latter would certainly explain the presence at the main impact site of Lady Talona's personal air-platform, named, we believe "The Lady's Eagle". All attempts to get close to the site of the incident have so far been driven off by this vessel, or airborne operatives of The Explorer Corps....
