patentdragonOne week until "The Eleventh Hour"; the first episode of Matt Smith and Steven Moffat's first season of Doctor Who. New Doctor, new series head-man - the latter a creative god-send who simply must not fail. We don't need an endless stream of high-calibre episodes like "The Girl In The Fireplace", "Blink" and the "Library" two-parter - just a consistent level of excellence. Steven can deliver, I'm sure, while Matt has the most unenviable task there is. I will, of course be reviewing the show as soon as possible after it airs!
In the meantime...
Development News... I have some work to finish on the origin story of The Challenger - there are a couple of pages I'm going to shunt from one chapter to the last, and there's a "Meanwhile" to complete, all of which will, once finished, get aired as soon as the infrastructure permits. I could have Wordpress up and running with a functional template for tobecontinued.dominicore.com by weekend's end - what a difference a week makes.
Elsewhat... Got some UO "housework" to do, in the form of nearly 700mb of patching. If I weren't on broadband, I simply wouldn't be able to play any more - patching the desktop, at my best speed, still took about an hour, and I have two more machines to update...
Glad there's a Grand Prix this weekend.
