zZzZzZzZball...
10 Nov 2008 23:07...would that be the football I managed to sleep through? Yeah, that's it. I'll try again tonight (MNF, Arizona - San Francisco).
Development News... I already have about a third of a chapter of MoN-109 "Mane-of-Night And The Darkening Storm", dating back several months, but today, I gave what I had a little tune-up to fit the newly-completed Darkhawk stories, and started to move ahead. I don't quite have a full chapter yet, but it's early days for this particular Secret Adventure. The upcoming Darkhawk run, TDD-512 to TDD-602, was planned out fairly substantially in advance, but the original plan for MoN-109 has changed somewhat, following a development, shortly to air, in TDD.
In The News... So, this New Labour Government is considering banning "happy hour" in pubs, and dirt-cheap booze deals in supermarkets. Oh how my heart bleeds. Oh, the injustice - all those people having to *gasp* pay for their alcohol, which *gasp* is going up in price. What? Everything else is going up in price, too?
It's called sarcasm, people - not "trying to tell you I'm better than you are." And as far as the hard-done-by "responsible drinkers" are concerned, let me just say this - if you hate all this "persecution", then why not try telling all the binge-drinkers to stop being frigging idiots. They're the ones ruining drink for you...
