Development News... The prologue for MoN-108 "A Spread Of Jacks And Queens" is "in the can". Some good ground-work has been done for this story, and it shouldn't take too long to get it to completion, barring any complicating matters.

Not sure when this chapter will get posted, but most likely once Mane-of-Night is "settled" back into Darkhawk's continuity - probably at the end of TDD-509, with the rest of "...Jacks And Queens" probably airing between TDD-511 and TDD-512.

Meanwhile... Okay, that's work done for now (wonder how long it'll take to get paid this time?) - I'd really like to have a "crash-out" break, but it's back on "the chain gang" tomorrow. A lie-in of sorts could be Friday at the earliest.

Work colleagues asked me if I was going anywhere this summer. This week has been the 10th anniversary of my last big trip - and I'll be damned if I'll hang around wishing to get away any more. After last year's almost perpetual nightmare, I will be getting myself that much-needed break...
