And Then It Was Monday.
14 Mar 2011 17:36Development News... Okay, that's TDD-612 REIGNFALL, Chapter 3 completed, as production continues at a most satisfactory pace. The morning sessions play a BIG part in this - I get half an hour plus of good work done, just about every day, and that in itself is a good deal more than in some less productive times lately.
The OUTCASTS Verdict... I had expected something of an upturn in Outcasts as the show reaches what could be its final outing - and it actually managed that. *SPOILER POTENTIAL: SIGNIFICANT* Two main characters are revealed to be not exactly who they appear, the "host force" makes its power felt, and there are political machinations aplenty as a new regime arrives to assume control - just as we fade to black. *END SPOILERS*
Is there potential for another season? If someone has the guts to carry on this set-up, there could be something more to look forward to - but I get the awful feeling that the axe has already fallen, having begun its descent when the series got moved to Sunday. Is Outcasts due for a fan-fic only wrap-up? Probably - if there was an actual fan-movement to back it up. Could they wrap things up in a movie-length special? Sure they can...
Expect the decision to be made public probably by the end of the day.
On the very same day, vampire-werewolf-ghost series Being Human had its Season Three finale, and that wasn't afraid to take a big leap. They'll be back, that you can take to the bank...
