Mission 101: Task 28 - Now What...?

All right, world. I'm WIDE AWAKE - now what?

Let's see - oh yeah, how about this...?

Mission 101 Update... One task is proving particularly tricky...

28 - Watch one "classic" film a month

By "classic", I mean:

a) highly regarded,
b) made on or before 1975,
c) something I haven't seen before, or have seen maybe no more than 30 minutes of before, and
d) ideally, something outside of my usual genres (sci-fi/fantasy, action)

I've been working all this month, and falling asleep at the keyboard in the evenings, so opportunities to catch elligible movies have been very few - pretty much nil, actually. I had hoped that "TV on demand" sites, such as BBC iPlayer and 4OD, would've been a help, but nooooo, it's all Blade II (a damn good movie) and The Day After Tomorrow (not so good). I may have to loosen up my criteria if I'm going to get any further with this task...

A Quick(-ish) CHALLENGER Update

Development News.. The current "story in progress", CHA-001 "Comes - THE CHALLENGER!", will now stretch to a finalised THREE chapters, even though it was initially planned to be just a "one-shot". Now, all I need is the blog hosting, and that's a step closer - I may even be able to get it running in some form tonight, or tomorrow...

Meanwhile... it looks like I may just have found a suitable movie for Task 28 - "On The Waterfront", on at lunchtime tomorrow! Yay!

Now, if only this damn touchpad would stop bloody zooming in on everything - and I could find a mouse that won't go screwy on me...

And finally... Waiting on the end of the Scotland-Ireland Six Nations rugby...

...YES! 23-20 Scotland! No Wooden Spoon this year!
