UN bigwig Kofi Annan contacts members of the UK government to try and get them to convince Tony Blair to "come aboard" on the latest UN Middle East "peace plan"??? What gives HIM the right to interfere with our government, when he and his buddies are so unwilling to take serious action on nuke-hungry countries like Iran and North Korea, or dictatorships like Zimbabwe? If you want any influence on the UK government, stand for fricking election. It's called DEMOCRACY.

WE'RE making the UN seem impotent? You seem to be doing a pretty good job of it all by yourselves, Kofi.

*** Update! *** Here's a thought: would it be possible to investigate the MPs who were contacted, and see whether or not they immediately put the phone down on the poster-boy for International Impotency? By even giving this man a moment of their time, could they be guilty of conspiring against the democratically elected government of this country (like 'em or not, that's what they are) - and therefore be guilty of treason? I certainly wouldn't mind seeing some of Blair's goons dangling from a rope...
