Tomorrow is Patent Saturday, a very special day for me, even more so this year, because it actually takes place on a Saturday. I was going to celebrate to some degree, but I still feel like sh!te - not really celebrating conditions. I'll try...
In Yesterday's Episode... That comic order thing was sorted with a phone call, but it still kinda messed up my evening. The final chapter of "The Helfyre Legacy" will go live tomorrow, no matter what, and the epilogue is in production, for posting next week, work and illness allowing.
Elsewhat... I'm getting so utterly sick of listening to the news these days. It seems so easy to brush real problems under the carpet with the help of a little bit of political sleaze - anyone remember that, just a week or so ago, this government lost copies of their entire child benefit database, affecting twenty-five million individuals (about 40% of the entire UK population)?
And whenever a story manages to hold the national attention, sometime it just comes and tears your faith in humanity right down - my opinions of religion as a whole remain unchanged by this nonsense about the teacher and the teddy-bear, for example. Who made a big deal of this in the first place - the school's political officer...?
