patentdragonTDD-504 is now two chapters old! Yes, Chapter 2 is finally a "done deal", and refering waaaaaay back to the very early days of The Darkhawk Diaries has given this a little spark that has gotten things moving again. I'm hoping to have about five chapters done before I start posting, which probably means a start date some time in September :P
Even though the two projects approach is partly to blame for the current creative malfunction, I'm still giving some thought to expanding the "world" to include the adventures of The Traveller, and maybe some other new, or underused characters. I've had several "worlds" "in development" now and again, and maybe those could be brought together some way - the idea of an "underverse", a "sewerage system" for several universes that have been through difficult times, dawned on me this last week or so, and maybe that could be used to bring unrelated characters together into a team...
Could I be on the verge of a break-through, or an unnecessary over-complication of the existing situation? Perhaps a stray character from one of those universes could become the new "companion" for The Traveller? We shall see...
And finally... Looking at a mid-week matinee for Transformers, unless the weather is really bad.
