Redecoration Update: I think I've found a look I like for this journal. This style is much more coherent than the previous appearance.

If I hadn't already set up a journal for incorporation into my site, I would have been happy to use this one. Ah well, here we are, and that's how it goes.

"Yeah? So What?": Just got a very nice DJ-style CD case - and promptly filled it with the contents of three smaller boxes. Only when you see a CD collection organised like that do you truly realise just how much music you've managed to amass. Scary...

In The News: Another UK policewoman got shot today/last night. How long will it take for more "outraged citizens" to call for more gun laws, I wonder...?

If they have as much effect as the last lot, what's the point?

A Cause To Support: Backlash - an organised response to the worrying news stories that lead to a proclamation now enshrined in the "live content" section of my site.

Title Change...

Changed the blog's title from "...Retreat" to "Fortress of Solitude" 'cause the original title sounded a bit like a military withdrawal, which it isn't.

A small point, but there you go.
