Just The Facts, Sir...

Oh wonderful - here we go again...
- Evolution is NOTHING to do with explaining the existence of the universe, stupid. It's the process by which living species develop in response to their environments, and it doesn't affect stars or planets, and despite what the advertisers say, cars and computers do not "evolve" either. Evolution stopped being a "convenient excuse" the moment it was observed in the wild... and oddly enough, that's where it all started. It kinda falls into the category of "observed fact" now, unlike religion...
- DNA did not come into being "by accident", nor is its structure evidence of a "creator". The structure of DNA is the result of the way matter interacts on the atomic, and sub-atomic, levels - carbon naturally forms long chains, and each carbon atom has a configuration of electrons that causes it to form four chemical bonds - hence the regular physical structure of things like graphite or diamond.
The last thing this world needs is to start confusing science and religion. Does anyone honestly think we'll solve the world's problems with prayer? Go on then - get all your "God squad" mates together, and beg "him" for a solution to global warming...
Your excuse for failure will most likely be "it's all according to God's plan" - but what good is it going to do God to make his followers extinct...?
I choose not to let such quitters decide the future of the planet, and humanity.
