Patent Saturday Present Watch, Day 3... The trunk is at the delivery depot, as far as I've been informed, so there might be a delivery... today too much to hope for? As far as the boots are concerned, I'm sh8 outta luck for at least another week, I'm thinking, as the postal services semi-hibernate.
Freeze-Watch... Damn it - I'm guessing that the Christmas preformance of Handel's Messiah will end up cancelled on Sunday due to the weather. That'd give me just ONE more chance (Christmas 2011) to make good on Mission 101 Task 14

In The News... Why was England ALLOWED to try for the World Cup if they never stood a chance? If the organisers only want to expand the soccer audience, why even entertain bids from "the old guard"? And to even suggest we should turn a blind eye to corruption for our own benefit, then we'd be just as corrupt.
England - and let's be honest, the whole of the rest of the UK by association - will never get to host another World Cup. Not as long as your politicians and Royals don't get down on their knees and provide "relief" for FIFA delegates...
End of story. Don't hold your breath for 2030, my friends.
