Today... I heard sleet/hail lashing against my window this morning, and called off going in to work. I would be working from home, but I just don't have the materials - in particular the shelves of hard-back IWC reports. We're getting occasional visible snowfall, and I don't think we'll be seeing any of that disappear throughout the day - and looking at reports, Thursday might be without snow, but will still be bloody cold. The whole rest of this week could be problematic...

Also tomorrow... Expecting a pressy delivery, and arrangements for auction items to be delivered. If the latter can happen today, I could just cross off another Mission Task, as I finally get a non-metal desk for my Site B base of operations - aka

87 - Get a decent computer desk that DOESN'T have a metal frame!

My PatSat "stocking" is filled... I'm lining up a few DVDs... I will be having a good day.

In The News... These 'leaks (not linking to the site in question - if you want it, go search for it) sound like the opening salvo of a whole heap of trouble. A case of Internet-induced egomania could just piss off North Korea enough to panic, and let loose against the South. And people are pouring cold water on the idea that this STOLEN information will cost lives? Just wait and see, oh my brothers...

Ya Gotta Laugh...! Heehee - just saw a clip on the news showing A Certain "Celebrity Icon" posing with her newly-unveiled waxwork at Madame Tussauds. You couldn't tell which was which!
