I think I've found myself a new "personal nemesis" - the girl at my local Argos who only seems capable of doing half her freaking job. If there's additional information, such as a product substitution, you tell the frigging customer - but a simple concept like that seems to be beyond this half-wit.

So that's another shopping expedition knackered, then. Online shopping becomes even more satisfying almost every time I go into that place - and don't waste my time with fnajing "press 1... press 2..." phone support, either.

At least my financial ups and downs are emphatically "ups" this month. Not a complete disaster, then.
