In Today's Episode: Can Mane-of-Night unravel the mystery surrounding Dominion's asylum seeker by exploring the history of the Hybrine Wars? Consult The Darkhawk Diaries to maybe learn the answer...

Yesterday was rather messed up by delays to my Ultima Online schedule, brought on by another unexpected visit by Bro and Sis-In-Law (yes, the fudge doughnut was VERY nice, but it didn't help me get any work done). I can expect a decent amount of peace and quiet tomorrow, but on Tuesday I should be posting the next Darkhawk chapter, and it isn't written yet, apart from a couple of paragraphs I'm not entirely happy with.

The main "story-arc" is due to come to the boil VERY soon, but we'll be approaching it from a number of directions, and exactly which direction to approach from first is the major problem at the moment. More than one power is waiting to pick at the carcass of the Confederacy - but one or more of them have to kill it first.

An important event starring Mane-of-Night is the story I'm most wanting to pursue, but that is going to have to wait for a while, and there can't be any more Secret Adventures until that story is "in the can". An extended break may be required to address this, and I could probably do with a "story summit", kind of like the things Marvel and DC Comics do, only that my "summit" will be, like the current projects, a one-man show. Some kind of portable PC would certainly help to make that possible...

The Secret Adventures could probably use a couple of "one-shot" scene-setters, just to keep things moving along. Hmmm, interesting.

And Finally... Can someone please TURN DOWN THE FREAKING MUSIC on Doctor Who? If it drowns out dialogue, the music is a) too loud, and b) inappropriate.

Still looking forward to next week, and a link back to the original series. Interesting Note - that episode features Anthony (Giles, "Buffy") Head, the new front-runner for the live-action part of Rhagaan Tyrho!
