The weekend really starts... now. I had to go out and track down a new office chair (there goes another unavoidable bite out of the pay "float"), grab a new toothbrush, perhaps see what flash drive deals are around, stuff like that, but only now I can finally sit down and unwind.
Cumbria Fall-Out, Day 3: No changes in the UK gun laws appear to be in the offing, which is good when you consider the information that's gradually emerging. Derrick Bird's tax status is a subject for some scrutiny, and considerable speculation - any chance we'll see calls for a ban on taxes, given that they cause people to go off on murderous rampages?
Heh. Some hope.
Israeli Blockade "Massacre" Fall-Out, day... whatever: An Irish ship tries to run the Gaza blockade. It's intercepted by the Israeli military. Those on board put up no resistance - result? No-one dies.
There is your means of protest - if you must. Get the Israelis to expend military effort to intercept a ship, then send another shop - and another, and another. A much better idea than letting several Turkish jihadis come along for the ride, and involve you in their quest for "martyrdom"...
Later This Weekend... Doctor Who, Prison Break, CSI:NY (in that order), then maybe some pursuit of crafting completion, writing... maybe finally recharging my sound system. That kinda thing.
