Got home, fired up the netbook, went online to update A-V suite, started up Firefox...
...and encountered a white screen where this blog should have been. Cue anxiety. Next site I checked - deviantArt - and WTF??? someone had interfered with my user avatar. Anxiety becomes a near full-blown Hack Panic...
*cue wibbly-wobbly "time passes" thing, like in "Austin Powers"...* LiveJournal was experiencing heavy traffic. deviantArt was pulling an April Fool. Like something out of a US sit-com trying so desperately to be "up to the minute" and "kewl" - until it happens to you.
Anyone want to start a NO to Internet April Fools campaign...?
