Work Slot 1: Day 3

Now that was a good day, despite the dozens of student toilet breaks and the unusually warm venue - the warmest I've felt in the last twelve months! Writing was the best so far - two standard pages at lunch-time and two and half "pages" of "hot-notes" (hasty writings on A5 paper folded in four, whenever I get a spare moment). Splendid. I'll be writing those up a bit later, and MoN-201 "Mane-of-Night And The Dark Child's Descent" will be a chapter nearer completion. Yay!

Six days left - can Mon-201 reach its conclusion by then? This isn't ten to twelve minutes an hour work, and involves a whole heap more interaction than peeping through a crack in the door and counting students - but things are cooking, and nothing has happened to darken my sky. Glad for it.

Anyway... Got a refund on those crappy ear-phones, got a nifty book-light that I could really have done with at bed-time. Watched the season opener for CSI - and here comes the "Damn" moment again...

Oooh, Metallica - Some Kind Of Monster. Haven't seen that - a good soundtrack for forging ahead? Let's see...
