In Today's Episode... Meanwhile, The Hellion accompanies forces of The Imperial Temple as they venture into the intergalactic void to investigate the invasion of Lirrian territory

Oh, look... That little girl who was abducted/went missing in Portugal appears to no longer be a story. People seem more interested in whether or not a certain over-exposed "celebrity darling" will end up going back to jail, or what a competitor on a popular (but wholly trashy) "reality show" apparently said. This does not surprise me in the slightest. It was only a matter of time.

Saw that coming... Oi, Geldof, "Bonio" - you better not be expecting us poor lesser mortals to shell out again, whilst you sit there soaking up the kudos for your "good works". Do they ever dip into their own pockets? Hey Bonio, just how much did those cool shades cost - and how many poor Africans could that money have saved...?

What really surprises... ...that thunder-storm last night. Holy crap, I've never heard thunder THAT loud before, and the road outside was a torrent, gutter to gutter, even overflowing onto the pavement at our door.

Awesome. If there had been followers of Zallah around, they could have carried out a ceremony and invoked their goddess (it's a Darkhawk thing...) - I may just include such an event in a story sometime soon.

Comic Reviews... Quickies: Captain America #26 - Tony (Iron Man - AKA the Super-Human Registration Act's poster-boy) Stark should be scared. World War Hulk - Worldbreaker - Tony Stark should be scared. Nova #2 - Tony Stark should be thankful. A bit of a pattern forming, methinks...

I'll do something more in-depth later. I'm still recovering from yesterday and I had to make an unplanned trip into town to get blank video-tapes. A product that now seems to be becoming endangered...

Hey, technology - don'tcha LOVE it?
