...and that's not a lot, to be honest. Here goes...
The Headlines... Next week. Damn, doesn't nine months go quick?
- The Darkness are to "reform" - or more correctly continue without their ludicrous front-man. Yawn... big deal. Obscurity beckons.
- Troy is on right now. Better than nothing I guess, but not exactly spellbinding. Brad Pitt... yeah, that must be it. I have trouble taking him seriously as an ancient hero.
- British troop withdrawals: okay, there's the start of it, but how long before the critics start banging on about how we've abandoned the Iraqis to civil war? Some people just aren't happy unless they're complaining about the whole thing. It'll be interesting to see how long the "Troops Out" mob change their tune, and start protesting about all the Africans being killed by their own people - a heck of a lot more than the multitude we're supposed to be responsible for in Iraq.
Yeah, right, like that's gonna happen, unless Bush dives in - then we'll get more of the "war for oil" stuff. Try asking the people in Darfur if they give a damn about the fricking oil.
- ...and finally... If Prince Harry does get sent into combat, will it stop people bitching about the Royal Family? Somehow, I doubt it (see above).
