Yeah, Turkey and China, I'm talking to YOU. The US calls the Turkish massacre of Armenians "genocide", and Turkey gets all pissy about it, so much so that they want to stage a little "invasion" of Iraq, just to annoy the Americans. The Chinese, meanwhile, are getting all pissy 'cause the Dalai Lama got a medal off Dubya, and are muttering all kinds of not-quite-threats...

The Chinese sound a lot like the Russians did when the UK started demanding one of their spies... ooops, "special employees" be handed over as part of the Litvinenko (sp?) killing, which I still think should be counted as a radiological terrorist attack. They were gnashing their teeth and bleating on about international relations - then... nothing.

Sounds an awful lot like the baby throwing its toys out of the pram, doesn't it?

Meanwhile... Not bad shopping - got the DVD of Dr Who - The Three Doctors (classic Pertwee), and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Blue Rescue Team (dammit, it's "Rogue", WITH POKEMON - gaming fricking heroin!) Do I feel better? Yeah, a bit - but you can almost guarantee The Fucking System can manage to suck some of the joy out of life tomorrow, should the mood take them.

I'll be posting something tomorrow, project-wise. A brief interlude chapter may be in order. Depends on how tomorrow morning goes, of course...
