The weather continues to suck. Wonderful.
...but things are relatively uncataclysmic here. We had "flooded" roads a couple of weeks ago. :P
The government continues to suck. Wonderful.
...give us the damn referendum. It's a European Constitution in all but name, and we were promised a referendum the last time.
And don't get me started about Tony Blair. I should be glad he's going, but just what will his replacement be up to? Will we see the Jane Longhurst Law (haven't mentioned that for a while) scrapped?
The creative flow continues to semi-suck. Wonderful.
...okay, I admit it. I have nothing new to offer. I just wanted to post something different. MoN-104 is moving forward, but not exactly at a swift pace - I'm reminded of Jon Pertwee era Doctor Who, in which he was exiled to Earth without the knowledge of how to repair or operate his Tardis. My focus is similarly impaired, primarily by the aftermath of events that occupied a big chunk of the first part of the year, and will not be expanded upon - or at least that's the only reason I can come up with. I may have to resort to related "short stories" to "fill in the gaps", which may actually be essential to the ongoing "mainstream"...
I really need to get away. Anywhere, if only for a weekend. Thursday should see the very last dregs of the nightmare, as The Fucking System admits defeat, and "The Spring Offensive" is consigned to history at last...
