I'm spending my pay before I even get it.
Well, it might actually be my lottery winnings, plus Christmas residue, plus birthday cash... yeah, I haven't spent much serious money lately, and stuff has sucked a little too much, so I guess I'm due something.
Okay, so I pre-ordered Potter 7. I've really enjoyed the books, there's no denying that, and I ploughed through Order Of The Phoenix recently to prepare for the movie, and I'm currently working on Half-Blood Prince at the moment. HP7 better not be a Spidey 3, or J.K. won't be able to sell another book ANYWHERE...
This, however, was not the main reason for shopping. By sheer chance, I checked on prices of CDs I've been looking for on Amazon, and the spending was unavoidable. Michael Schenker Group - One Night At Budokan, UFO - Strangers In The Night - Live - that's two glaring holes in the collection filled - and the new Rush album.
I don't do companies favours - I just appreciate opportunities to get the albums my collection is missing, and these were too good to miss.
