No, He's Getting Better... (I Don't Want To Go On The Cart)
Hmm. No marmots.
Still not entirely healthy - a solid 3 out of 5 on the "Yuck" scale - but at least my fingers are okay. I've been pointed in the direction of an Ultima Online house-building simulator, which works offline, and doesn't affect anything in game, and that's been useful for "sketching" potential designs, and variations of what's already standing. Nothing is properly finalised, however, and that's a real pain in the ass.
Having this extra worry isn't really helping story development. I have done a little work today, and some associated research concerning previous appearances of a force currently involved in the plot, but TDD-512 "...To The End Of The Road" is a mite becalmed at present. I'm taking a break from building right now, and I have the last quarter of Monday Night Football on tape, so I'll see what I can get done before bedtime.
Highlight reel... Tonight on CSI: Miami - the "Vaporizer" (sic, assumed American spelling). I've heard of weapons technology like that, and I think I've seen tests on TV at some point - does it really do that? If so, that's plenty scary.
It was fun trying to think what sci-fi/fantasy weapon or creature could do something like that... :D
And finally... Looks like Summer Blockbuster DVD Release Season is upon us...
