Sorry, trying to catch up on the Ultima Online Hallowe'en event, which closes down tomorrow. As usual, my luck (or should that be Luck?) is crap, and a lack of house space has probably cost me any chance of the big rewards - whenever I clear some space, it just seems to leak away in no time at all...

Of course, this eats into writing time, and makes yesterday's completion "estimate" look like a joke. I'm heading for one particulat site in UO, and if someone has taken advantage of my sucky luck, I'll be kissing the event bye-bye to focus on getting at least something written before bed-time.

Update... Right, someone else has benefited from my poor housekeeping, and so I'm done with gaming, and being online, for tonight. I post this, I log off - and I've decided not to go online again until after the Doctor Who special, The Waters Of Mars tomorrow night. Writing will be my sole focus until then. I mean it.

Oh, and I missed a posting slot again...

In Today's Episode... And so, we come to an interlude, and glimpse events that may already have been set in motion. Some may be inevitable... some may yet be averted - but should they...?

Also posted at The Darkhawk Diaries!

Release Notes... One day late. My bad.

Development News... Meanwhile, MoN-203 Mane-of-Night And The Wayward Child continues towards completion, with a good session before Doctor Who that saw Chapter 14 come to within a couple of screens of being finished. After that, there's one more chapter, and an epilogue, which I'm sure I can get done according to schedule - I'll have Chapter 13 done by the end of the night, and ground will be properly broken on Chapter 14 by the end of the Colts-Pats game. Just watch me...

Tonight's TV Highlight... It's been a long wait since Easter, but there it was: Doctor Who - The Waters Of Mars, the last story before David Tennant's two-part Christmas swansong. The "scariest story ever" hype didn't play out exactly as Russell T Davies perhaps intended - the really scary part wasn't the monsters (note to RTD - leave scary monsters to Steve Moffat!), or the Alien-a-like plot, it was ***SPOILER*** The Doctor's sudden change of heart, casting aside everything he previously stood for, and changing the course of history ***END SPOILER*** This certainly takes the show into uncharted territory, and the consequences may be dire indeed...

The personal view... Okay Russell, this is your "Death Of Captain America" - I'm on board, now let's see your cards.

Christmas is The End Of Time. For some, that may actually be a welcome turn of events...
